Nonprofit organizations face unique challenges, often operating with limited resources that can lead to outdated technology and security vulnerabilities.
The Apex Digital Technology Empowerment Grant will award one eligible organization $25,000 of in-kind IT services to help alleviate those pain points to ensure their team can stay secure, productive, and connected with the people they serve.

There are several ways to put the Apex Digital Technology Empowerment Grant to work.
Identify: Microsoft 365 Assessments and Health Checks
This is a foundational step for any team looking to get the most out of this platform. This service is designed to evaluate your current Microsoft 365 environment and uncover opportunities to improve performance, security, and usability. These assessments uncover misconfigurations that, once addressed, can significantly enhance productivity and reduce risks.
Execute: Deployment and Migrations
Many nonprofits reach a point where they know it's time to modernize, but realizing that change can present roadblocks, including a lack of internal expertise, the scale and complexity of the work, and the challenge of minimizing disruption for end users. That is where our Deployment and Migration projects come in. These services turn your strategic plans into reality.
Design: Strategic Planning and Technology Road Mapping
This offering identifies pain points and lays the groundwork for modernization. These engagements begin with discovery that includes a lightweight assessment to understand your goals, challenges, and current IT state. We then build a recommendations roadmap with a strong emphasis on cloud-readiness.
Launch: Physical Setup of Space/Devices
Do you have equipment for a community computer lab, collaborative workspace, or training room, but lack the hands-on support needed to set up physical workspaces and devices? Our Setup projects focus on wiring, configuration, and getting hardware operational so your team and community can get to work right away.
Other Proposed Project Types:
Applicants are welcome to propose other service-based projects that align with Apex Digital’s capabilities and its organization’s goals. Apex Digital reserves the right to decline any proposals that fall outside of their standard business offerings.
